This successful National business is going through an amazing business transformation to help modernize their operations.  Due to this progress they are looking to recruit an Undergraduate or Graduate who can help manage the smooth day to day running of various aspects involved in supporting the National Head Office.

Supporting the CEO and other Senior Managers key duties will include: –

  • Assisting with marketing activities, document creation and the management and standardisation of all office document templates
  • Document control for all Australian branches
  • Reconciling company credit card statements and back-up data entry for accounts
  • Managing company car fleet – including insurance, servicing and maintenance
  • Managing all general office duties including stationery orders & kitchen stocks
  • Ad-hoc duties as directed by the CEO

This is a fantastic all-rounder position, where no day will be the same as the last and you will be given exposure from the leadership team.

Ideally you will have a Business degree with some commercial experience in a complex environment, advanced Microsoft skills, be very computer literate and have the ability to help drive some of the technological transformations being undertaken.

Experience in supporting senior management and be outgoing and pro-active will be preferred.
