Key Account Manager
This organisation is rich in history and as the business has grown over the years, they now look for an experienced Key Account Manager to look after their key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Reporting into the General Manager the role of Key Account Manager will be to develop and maintain effective business relationships with external and internal stakeholders, meeting financial targets and maintaining market leadership position through innovation, continuous improvement and providing exceptional customer service.
This role will provide leadership and management support to Unit Managers for the achievement of business objectives, growth and to ensure the overall happiness of the customer. Some of the key accountabilities will include;
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with clients to accomplish growth and long-term company objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers and internal teams
- Implement strategies for achieving high client satisfaction
- Manage the introduction of innovations for business improvement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure contract retention
- Problem solve, think on your feet and provide exceptional customer service for the many long-term customers
As an experienced Account Manager with a very customer centric focus, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong negotiation and influential skills will see you excel in this role. Impeccable interpersonal skills, excellent time management skills with the ability to build strong long-term relationships is critical to the success of this role.
Ideally you will have worked in the sports/fitness or recreation industry with a strong passion for health and well being.
