AEIOU Foundation, is one of Australia’s leading profit-for-purpose providers of early intervention for children with autism and operates 10 centres across Queensland and South Australia. AEIOU enhances the lives of these children by helping them develop essential life skills, whilst fostering greater independence and confidence through the delivery of practical support services to them and their families. The General Manager, Operations and Corporate Services (GM) role has become vacant due to the retirement of the incumbent.

Reporting to the AEIOU Foundation Board, the GM is accountable for accomplishment of its strategic direction and delivery of future growth imperatives. You will lead teams and projects that strategically transform AEIOU through the design and delivery of major organisational changes emanating from current industry reform (NDIS).

You will be responsible for the Corporate Services portfolio of Clinical, HR, Enrolments, Marketing and Communications, Risk and Quality Management, and IT and Finance. You must increase AEIOU’s capability to operate efficiently in a changing and competitive market, and drive engagement with like-minded NFP’s for the development of new services and centres, through effective partnerships.

An Executive with proven leadership skills that deliver strategic goals and build sustainability, and experience in managing complex technical aspects, including people and culture, technology and service delivery within the Human Services sector is desired. A resilient, empathetic, financially and commercially savvy leader who is a change agent comfortable implementing major changes, will thrive here. Prior experience in a similar sized Human Services organisation will be an advantage.
