Client Services Operations Manager

A recent internal promotion has created the need to appoint a Client Service Manager. This role provides high quality, professional administrative support to management and the wider group. It is a critical role within the business handling a significant administrative load that must be completed within set timeframes to meet daily deadlines.
You will have regular dealings with clients and provide them support by arranging appointments with advisors, preparing documents or completing forms finalising transactions as required. Whilst some tasks may appear quite basic, the importance of correctly completing them on a timely basis is imperative. You will use X-plan (the financial services database) extensively to open accounts and record all client information and transactions.
Being flexible will be key to your success in this role, as each day will be different and offer great variety, helping you to grow your skill base and establish a platform for a wonderful career within the sector.

To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate the following;
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role
- Previous X-plan experience will be highly regarded
- An ability to problem solve in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of professionalism along with a dedication to ensure you meet all deadlines
- A strong, proactive attention to detail
- Resilience and the capability to manage high workloads that peak and trough through varying times of the year
