Senior Payroll Officer

2 month contract – Wonderful Services Business

Reporting to the Group Head of Finance this stand alone 2 month contract role will maintain three structured payrolls be hands-on and running a fortnightly payroll for approximately 600 staff (salaried), another fortnightly payroll of 100+ (time sheet driven) plus a small 50 staff payroll also on time sheets.

With a comprehensive handover this role will suit a Chris 21 specialist who is very experience in running a large national payroll and undertaking all associated tasks.  Key duties include:-

* running 3 separate payrolls – 2 in one week and 1 in the alternative week

* uploading and maintaining records for on-boarding purposes

* all compliance reporting for the accounting team

* fielding all payroll queries during the contract

This stand alone role will be responsible for running the 3 fortnightly payrolls for this successful corporate services business in the CBD and will manage this function whilst the Payroll specialist is on leave.

You will ideally have a long term career in payroll, highly skilled in Chris 21 with advanced Excel, enjoy working in a fast paced and high energy environment and be very positive.

Ideally you will be able to start within 3 weeks.
